FAQ

Good questions.

Anything else? Ask Jack. Or us.

  • No. Jack runs on your computer and listens through its audio, so nobody sees an extra participant and there's nothing to invite.

  • Anything that plays sound on your computer: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack huddles, Webex, a YouTube lecture, or a phone call routed through your laptop.

  • Jack follows conversations in many languages, including when people switch mid-call, and writes your notes and summaries in the language you read best.

  • Only between Start and Stop. The status is always visible in the Jack window, and screenshots are sent only when you click the capture button.

  • Yes. Prompts are saved instructions, like “system design interviewer” or “sales discovery call”. Pick one before you start and Jack answers in that style.

  • Fill in a job profile once. For each job, paste the description and pick a template; Jack rewrites your summary and highlights for that role and picks the most relevant skills, without inventing facts. Download it as a PDF.

  • macOS 13 Ventura or later (screen questions need macOS 14), and Windows 10 or later on 64-bit machines.

Your next call deserves a coworker.

Download Jack, press Start, and let it take the notes. You'll wonder how you ever took calls alone.
